Insert a pack in the mesh pocket on the wrap then apply where needed, securing in place with the upper and lower loops. Makes cold/hot therapy simple as the wrap holds the pack securely in place. Easy to apply – the soft gel moulds around body shapes to provide consistent coverage. Reusable and microwavable. 2 cold/hot packs included. This allows you to do effective cold/hot therapy without waiting for the packs to cool or heat between treatments. To cool the packs simply freeze for 10 minutes. To heat them you can soak in hot water for 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
