The Advanced Ultimate Compression Achilles Support is our highest level support for Achilles pain. It provides the ultimate fit and support. The internal gel pad applies pressure on the Achilles tendon, whilst elastic straps enble you to adjust the level of support you require.

The lightweight advanced knit technology means this support is soft and seamless for added comfort during wear. The lighter material gives firm and even support without restricting your movement.

How does it work?

The gel pad provides targeted compression for the Achilles tendon. The removable strap with Velcro closure allows you to adjust the pressure. As a result, the shock going through the Achilles reduces. In addition, the angle of forces transmitted through the tendon alters, taking strain away from the more painful area.

Wear instructions

Position the internal gel pad so it is over the most painful part of your Achilles tendon. Adjust the elastic straps around your ankle so you feel firm compression and support, but not too tight.

If you have an acutely painful Achilles tendon then wear the support as much as possible. As your symptoms improve, you may wish to just use it whilst exercises and as you return to normal sports activities.
